I made them with sultanas and added a sprinkling of sugar to the top to make them crunchy, these were one of my Dad's favourites, that and my cheese scones. Your Jaffa Rock cakes were delish, Jo is taking the last one to school today as a lunch time treat and it won't be long before she'll be making herself another batch. You do spoil us Marie!!! I did feel a bit guilty tho...reading that they were one of the Todsters favourites and theres us taking them all home!!!
