It's one of my f...What a great looking dessert. It's one of my favorites to make for a crowd. Being another Canadian, I agree with you adding the oats to the crust - it makes it that much crunchier. One of our favorite crisps is peach and blueberry - a surprisingly good combination. But the plum looks amazing.
