I always cook our pork roasts...This sounds so good. I always cook our pork roasts in the crock pot. Our pork roasts are not covered with very much fat to make cracklin... which John loves (and I buy for him in pkgs from time to time.) I will ask our butcher about getting a roast with more fat on it and try roasting it.
