I do sometimes use lemon curd on it - I top the base with whipped cream then drizzle over the freshly made lemon curd and top with mixed berries. Blueberries and raspberries are especially nice.

Though, don't you hate it when you eat pavlova for breakfast by mistake? Three days in a row? It is delicious but I think I'll give your recipe a try as well. I live in Arizona, USA and grew up one mile from citrus groves that went on for miles along with the 'Japanese Flower Gardens' that went for miles as well. Oh my, I could smell the citrus blossoms from my house! So incredibly fragrant. I have a navel orange tree in my backyard that gives me wonderful oranges; only a few remaining. I think I'll go pick one! I love your blog!Yellow Grandmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13793954690509005694noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-11546223740243901002017-01-29T16:01:13.298+00:002017-01-29T16:01:13.298+00:00I cannot imagine Monique. They only sell Robertson's here, so I prefer home made. I have some in the fridge because I made a pavlova for Australia Day and had egg yolks to spare. I think this will be our afternoon tea today.
