I like your thoughts on that! I hope you make the pudding! xoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-75329122909311723772017-10-24T22:15:52.108+01:002017-10-24T22:15:52.108+01:00I should make this for my dad. By the way, do you know if light cream in the US is the same as your single cream? It has to be either that or half and half which is most often used in coffee or tea. I can't think what else it would be. Heavy cream would be double cream. I'm also glad to see you used whole milk. I never touch anything known as 2% or 1% or worst of all, skim milk at any time, it goes against the laws of nature in my book but in baking I NEVER use anything but whole milk. These people who think they can save 10 calories by substituting all this low fat or diet stuff just don't get baking. basketpamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15415021707270685050noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-33653483690350693292017-10-23T18:40:17.462+01:002017-10-23T18:40:17.462+01:00This really is very good Sandy! This recipe with lemon curd? Ohhhhhhh! It should be divine!
