The fruit and vegetable quality here is pretty bad compared to what I was used to in Australia. It's as though there is one truck that delivers to the whole of Europe and Sweden is the last stop on the route. Everything comes from somewhere else and it never lasts very long once I get it home. It's so frustrating.

The wrap looks lovely - very colourful and inviting. I love tuna and would happily eat this for lunch. I love local Farmer's Markets. Everything is so lovely. We used to have a Green Grocer near us, but the big supermarkets are forcing these mom and pop businesses out of business! xoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-57088566855616254002019-02-26T11:47:48.339+00:002019-02-26T11:47:48.339+00:00I agree with you about the quality of things. I ha...I agree with you about the quality of things. I have to shop at least twice a week for fresh produce. I can't wait for May, that is when our local Farmer's Market will start back up again and I can go there on Saturday mornings and get loads of fresh produce. Tuna sounds lovely, although I don't like to use fat-free things. Most of them have too many chemical things in them for my liking. I am thinking this would still not be too bad using regular mayo and the fat-free yogurt (that I will use the fat-free). I am like you, can't eat very much at a time anymore.
